Pepperell Customer Reviews
"I reached out to 3 different companies when starting my search for solar power. Boston Solar is the only company that actually sent a sales rep to meet me at my house to discuss the project - probably because they were the only Massachusetts-based company. The other companies tried to get me to sign a contract right away by offering time-limited deals. Josh, the sales rep from Boston Solar did not pressure me at all. He simply listened to my situation, spent time explaining the different options (buy, lease, etc.), answered all my questions, and allowed me time to work through all the scenarios to reach my decision. Once the project was a go, I was assigned a dedicated project support person (Mali) who kept me informed by e-mail and phone. Mali was very accessible and professional. Installation was 2 days just like they said. The Install crew was very nice and professional. Customer service was great, all the way through from project start to completion. Boston Solar took care of all the permits, inspections, utility connections, etc. I'm very happy I decided to go solar and very happy I decided to go with Boston Solar." - Matt Nesbit
