Boston Solar Announces Completion of Major Rooftop Solar Installation for Global Manufacturer - ABCorp

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Woburn, Massachusetts – (May 17th, 2024) – SinglePoint Inc (CBOE: SING) (“SinglePoint” or “the Company”) subsidiary Boston Solar, a proud partner of the Boston Red Sox and a leading provider of solar energy solutions, is pleased to announce the completion and successful grid integration of a significant rooftop solar installation for ABCorp, a global manufacturing company headquartered in West Roxbury, MA. This project, which received Permission to Operate (PTO) on April 24, 2024, marks a major milestone in Boston Solar’s commitment to advancing renewable energy adoption in the region.

The newly installed system boasts a capacity of 769.12 kW DC / 483.3 kW AC, strategically designed to maximize energy production across two roof planes—the lower L and the upper main roof—of ABCorp's manufacturing facility. Utilizing advanced photovoltaic technology, the installation features 1,672 high-efficiency MAXEON SPR-MAX6-460-COM panels, each rated at 460 W. To ensure optimal performance and reliability, the system is equipped with nine SMA STP 50-US-41 inverters, each with a capacity of 50 kW, and one SMA STP 33-US-41 inverter rated at 33.3 kW.

Projected to generate approximately 913,730 kWh in its first year of operation, this installation underscores ABCorp's commitment to sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint. The system's energy production, as estimated using PV Watts, will significantly offset the company's energy consumption, supporting its environmental goals while contributing to the broader effort of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

"We are thrilled to have partnered with ABCorp on this impactful project," said Michael Morlino, CEO of Boston Solar. "This installation not only highlights the potential for solar energy to power large-scale industrial operations but also sets a benchmark for future commercial installations in the Boston area. ABCorp's leadership in adopting renewable energy solutions is commendable, and we are proud to support their sustainability initiatives."

The successful completion of this project reinforces Boston Solar's position as a premier provider of renewable energy solutions, capable of delivering customized solar installations tailored to the unique needs of commercial and industrial clients.
