TITLE: Customer Experience Coordinator

SUPERVISOR: Customer Experience Manager



· Act as dedicated post-sale point of contact and customer experience advocate for assigned solar, energy storage and roofing customers, communicating by phone and e-mail

· Keep records in Salesforce customer database updated to reflect relevant communications and project milestones

· Guide projects to completion by handling all necessary municipal and utility applications for required approvals

· Work closely with internal teams (ex. Sales, Design, Procurement) to ensure efficient movement of projects through post-sale processes and clear communication of customer requests

· Facilitate customer financing approval and disbursement of project funds by working with external financing partners and state loan programs to fulfill applicable requirements

· Provide general support and initial troubleshooting for customers with questions or issues regarding previously installed/activated systems

· Assist with day to day customer service functions for business as needed (ex. answer and route inbound calls)

· Provide a top-level customer experience to customers to encourage online reviews and customer referrals and further drive growth of business



· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Motivation to consistently provide the highest level of responsiveness and service to customers

· Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to changing incentives and regulations regarding solar

· Effective organizational skills in prioritizing workflow and multi-tasking

· Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment

· Customer support experience preferred (1+ years)

· Familiarity with Salesforce customer database use and Solar industry a major plus
